With a surface area of over 5,000 sqm, the store offers a wide range of products including sanitary ware, electrical items, construction materials, interior design materials, garden supplies, and more.As part of this project, 3 elevators were installed, each with a capacity of 1800 kg, 2 stops, and a speed of 0.5 m/s.

Hermes Business Campus is an office complex managed by the real estate consulting company Colliers International. Mega Image
Mega Image is one of the first and largest supermarket chains in Romania, founded in 1995. Inside this supermarket, we installed one lift with a capacity of 2500 kg, 2 stops, and a speed of 1 m/s.
Stadium Târgu Jiu,
Originally built between the 1960s and 1970s, the Târgu Jiu Stadium has a capacity of 12,500 seats. The stadium can be used for both national and international sports competitions.As part of this project, a lift with a capacity of 630 kg, 4 stops, and a speed of 1.0 m/s was installed.
Bridge over the Danube
The Brăila Bridge over the Danube is an impressive construction, representing the longest suspension bridge in Romania and one of the largest in Europe. Inaugurated in 2023, this bridge has quickly become a symbol of Romanian infrastructure modernization and an important connection between the historical regions of Muntenia, Western Moldova, and Northern Dobrogea.The suspension bridge has a total length of 1,974.30 m, a central span of 1,120 meters, and two side spans of 489.65 and 364.65 meters.Our company installed 4 inclined rack-and-pinion elevators inside the bridge pylons, with capacities of 1000 and 2000 kg.

The United Business Center 0 office building, part of the Iulius Town mixed-use complex, represents the new generation of premium office buildings in Timișoara. It combines contemporary architectural elements with state-of-the-art technical features that greatly enhance employee comfort and promote responsible resource consumption. Our team installed 12 elevators with capacities ranging from 1000 to 1200 kg, and speeds of up to 6 m/s.
Palas Campus
Palas Campus Iași is the largest office building in Romania and also the most significant investment made in Iași in the last 10 years. The offices in Palas Campus integrate all the latest features of premium office spaces: generous areas, premium finishes, extended natural light during the day, common areas for relaxation and socializing that foster creativity and efficiency, secured parking spaces, and plenty of greenery. On the ground floor, employees in the building have access to a wide range of facilities, from concept restaurants and cafés for lunch breaks, to a supermarket and various services, as well as a fitness center, a physiotherapy clinic, and other medical services. Binape installed 24 elevators with a capacity of 1800 and 2000 kg, and a speed of 1.6 m/s.
Fabrica Continental
Continental continues to develop projects in Timișoara that drive the future forward. Electrification, connectivity, and autonomous driving are megatrends that the team at this location actively contributes to, both in the engineering center and in the electronic components factory. Groundbreaking solutions, technologies, and high-quality products are designed, created, developed, tested, and manufactured in Timișoara. All these solutions are intended for a wide range of vehicles: from sports cars to trucks or modern tractors that work the fields with centimeter-level precision. Within the factory, the Binape team dismantled and installed 2 special elevators with a capacity of 11 tons.

Unique Building
Unique Building Iasi is an office building with 6 levels of underground parking, 110 parking spaces, 9 floors and over 4300 sqm of leasable area. Within the project were installed 29 parking elevators with a lifting capacity of the platform of 2500 kg. These parking devices allow the intelligent storage of 2 cars in a single parking space, thus doubling the parking facilities at no construction cost.
