Gothia Towers
Gothia Towers was the most significant project carried out in Sweden, being the largest hotel in the Nordic countries. Gothia Towers is part of the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre. The building includes public halls, accommodation facilities, and office spaces.As part of this project, 12 elevators were installed, including 2 panoramic elevators with a capacity of 1250 kg, 22 stops, and a speed of 3.50 m/s.
Helsingborg
As part of the Helsingborg project, 2 elevators were installed with capacities of 7000 kg, 2 stops / 3 doors, and a speed of 0.50 m/s.
Life City
Life City is the new meeting place in Stockholm for everyone looking to shape the future. In the heart of the new Hagastaden district, innovative ideas have room to grow. State-of-the-art conference and office spaces, sustainability-focused restaurants, and a vibrant flow of people contribute to the building's unique atmosphere. Conference rooms with high ceilings and space for new ideas!Life City hosts several well-equipped conference and meeting rooms for 16–250 people, along with all the services needed for an efficient and fulfilling event.Our colleagues installed 8 elevators with capacities ranging from 1000 to 2000 kg, at a speed of 1.6 m/s.
Karlatornet
Karlatornet is an iconic project aiming to revolutionize skyscraper construction in Scandinavia. As the tallest building in Gothenburg and the Nordic countries, with an impressive height of 247 meters and 74 floors, Karlatornet sets new standards for architectural innovation and urban development in the new Karlastaden district.This mixed-use tower includes 611 apartments, a hotel, offices, and a sky bar, offering a vibrant and modern living and working environment.Five elevators of 1600 kg capacity were installed, with speeds of 6 and 8 m/s.
Nya Kronan
Nya Kronan in central Sundbyberg has been transformed into a modern, eco-friendly office district with flexible and sustainable workplaces. A total of 40,000 square meters of new office and parking space has been created. The building features solar cells integrated into part of the façade and solar panels on the rooftops. There are large bicycle parking areas with an associated service zone and changing rooms.Nya Kronan was designed to achieve LEED Platinum Core & Shell environmental certification, which is the highest level.As part of this project, our company installed 10 panoramic elevators with speeds of up to 2 m/s.
Platinan
Platinan is located right in the heart of Gothenburg. With a surface area of 60,000 square meters, the building has become a new landmark featuring offices, a hotel, and meeting spaces. With its unique architecture, Platinan stands out in many ways—from its size and construction to its focus on sustainability and bright environments. The large glass façades reflect the surrounding city and create dynamic interior spaces. An intelligent control system measures the amount of natural light, so electric lighting is adjusted to complement it.A total of 22 elevators were installed, with capacities ranging from 630 to 2000 kg and speeds of up to 2.5 m/s.
